QWhat is the advantage of a chain-type crawler?

It has better mechanical efficiency compared to a rubber belt-type crawler.
When carrying the same weight, less motor torque is required compared to a rubber belt-type crawler.
QWhat are the track pads made of?

They are made of rubber.
QWhat is the service life of the track pads?

It is 125 hours of continuous operation.

Support & Maintenance

QCan I request customization for the crawler unit? (e.g., length changes)

We do not accept customization or specification changes for individual units in the CuGo series.
QWhat should I do if it breaks down?
A
Please contact your retailer, purchase the replacement parts from us, and perform the repairs yourself.
In the event of an initial defect, we will provide a free replacement under warranty for one year from the date of purchase.
QHow should I maintain it?
A
Please remove dirt and debris adhering to the chains and sprockets, and apply lubrication.
