Frequently asked questions
Q: What kind of product is this?
A.It is a development platform for electric crawler robots with a built-in control unit. In addition to radio control and programmable driving, it is also possible to develop control from external devices.
Q: What do you use it for?
A.It can be used for radio-controlled crawler robots and as the undercarriage of mobile robots.
Q: Where do you use it?
A.It can be used indoors as well as on uneven ground such as farmland and construction sites.
Q: How do I use it?
A. Yes, it can be controlled via a radio. You can write programs to the built-in Raspberry Pi Pico to enable autonomous driving or control from a PC.
Q.How far can the radio signal reach?
A. It depends on the environment, but it can reach 30 to 40 meters.
Q.Is it waterproof?
A.It has waterproof performance equivalent to IP65.
Q: What is the load capacity?
A.80 kg.
Q: What is the driving speed?
A.The maximum speed is 1.8km/h.

A.The slope is 20 degrees.
Q.What is the voltage?
A.24V.
Q.Is it possible to request customization of the crawler unit?
A. We do not customize or change specifications on a unit-by-unit basis for the CuGo series.
Q.What should I do if it breaks down?
A. Please contact the retailer and ask them to purchase the defective part from us and repair it. If an initial defect is found, we will provide a free replacement warranty for one year from the date of purchase.
Q.How should I perform maintenance?
A. Remove any debris from the chain, sprockets, etc. and lubricate them.
Q.Do you have any drawing data?
A: We plan to add more.
Q.What transmitter do you use?
A. I use Kondo Kagaku's MC-8 and MR-8.
Q.What frequency does the wireless communication use?
A.2.4GHz.
Q.Can I use other radios?
A. Yes, it can be used, but the user will need to configure the transmitter themselves.
Q. Can I change to one-stick operation?
A. The MC-8 cannot do this. Please consider using a transmitter from another manufacturer that supports mixing.
Q.What kind of motor does it have?

Q.How many steps can you climb?
A.It can overcome a 9cm step.
Q.How long is the delivery time?
A.Current delivery time: One month after receiving the order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us.
Q.What are the advantages of chain crawlers?
A. Compared to rubber belt crawler tracks, it has better mechanical efficiency. To transport the same weight, three times the motor torque is required compared to rubber belt crawler tracks.
Q.What are the shoes made of?
A: It is made of rubber.
Q. What is the lifespan of the track shoes?
