TOKORUN is an all-terrain, manually operated crawler cart. Instead of conventional wheels or casters, it uses a crawler (caterpillar) mechanism that enables stable transport over gravel, mud, grass, steps, and other surfaces where traditional carts struggle. It is sold exclusively by CuboRex Co., Ltd. as the authorized general distributor.

TOKORUN is ideal for a wide range of environments and use cases, including:
· Construction sites: reinforced concrete slabs, temporary roads of sand/gravel/soil, floors with scattered cables
· Agriculture: narrow field paths and muddy ground for transporting farm equipment and harvested produce
· Logistics & warehouses: loading areas with steps, thresholds between outdoor and indoor spaces
· Disaster relief: transporting supplies and relief materials over debris-covered terrain
· Events & facilities: moving equipment across lawns, sandy beaches, cobblestones, or other uneven surfaces

TOKORUN is manually operated (hand-pushed). No power source or charging is required, making it ideal for outdoor or temporary work sites without electricity, as well as long-duration tasks where battery life would be a concern. Its simple structure also means a lower risk of breakdowns and easy maintenance.

TOKORUN can smoothly overcome steps up to 10 cm high. While a standard caster cart can get stuck on even a few centimeters, TOKORUN's crawler mechanism distributes the load across a wide contact area to absorb the impact. Please adjust your speed accordingly when encountering steep or consecutive bumps.

TOKORUN has a maximum load capacity of 300 kg. Despite its compact design, it is built tough enough to handle heavy loads. Please stay within the recommended load range when operating on rough terrain, and pay attention to the center of gravity and securing method of the cargo for safer, more stable transport.

TOKORUN is designed to handle the following surfaces:
· Gravel roads and unpaved paths
· Muddy and waterlogged ground
· Grass and meadows
· Reinforced concrete slabs
· Floors scattered with cables or materials
· Rough outdoor terrain

TOKORUN features excellent turning performance thanks to its original design, allowing smooth maneuvering even in narrow work sites and confined passageways. It uses differential rotation between the left and right crawlers to turn with a tight radius. Please refer to the product page video to see it in action.

The unit weighs approximately 21.5 kg. While heavier than a standard cart due to the crawler mechanism, the design takes portability into account. We recommend checking vehicle loading weight limits before transporting it to a work site.

TOKORUN is designed for single-person operation. However, when carrying loads close to the maximum capacity (300 kg) or navigating steep steps or inclines, two-person operation is recommended for safety. Please also take care to properly secure cargo to prevent shifting or falling.

Yes, it can be used on flat floors. However, depending on the crawler material (rubber belt, etc.), it may leave marks on certain floor surfaces. We recommend checking the compatibility between the crawler material and the floor before use on finished or polished flooring. Note that rolling resistance on flat surfaces may be slightly higher than with a standard caster cart.

Operating on muddy or waterlogged ground after rain is within the intended use. However, direct water exposure to the unit (e.g., leaving it out in the rain for extended periods) may cause rust or deterioration of metal parts. After use, wipe off any moisture and store the unit properly.

Yes, the crawler belt is a consumable part. TOKORUN supplies consumable components including the crawler belt as individual spare parts. This means that when a belt wears out or gets damaged, you can replace just that part rather than replacing the entire cart, allowing for long-term use. We recommend the following routine maintenance:
· After each use: remove mud, gravel, and debris caught in the crawlers
· Periodically: check and retighten any loose bolts and nuts
· Periodically: visually inspect the crawler belt tension and wear condition
· During storage: store indoors or under cover, away from direct sunlight and rain
Most tasks can be handled with standard tools thanks to the simple structure. Please refer to the included instruction manual for details.

The lifespan of the crawler belt varies significantly depending on the operating environment, frequency of use, and road surface conditions. Frequent use on hard surfaces such as gravel or concrete may accelerate wear. Regularly check for surface wear or cracks, and replace the belt promptly if significant deterioration is observed.
